I asked for a customized design which was first of all very delayed beyond the timeframe I was given, then it was sent with doodles that looked like a little kid wrote with a marker on my shoe. When I sent to the customer service rep with a photo on WhatsApp she explained that nobody has seen it after the painter worked on it which is very strange, I mean no quality control whatsoever? She said she will reach out to the painter to see how it can be fixed and never got back to me. And when I asked for a refund my messages were completely ignored. This is the poorest level of quality control, customer service, and accountability I have ever seen from a local brand. I would advise you to spend less time on ads and more on quality control and customer service to actual paying customers. I will never buy anything again and will advise anyone I know against dealing with your company. I ended up having to pay almost the same amount again to get it fixed elsewhere.
